Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
